Three bridges over Ouseburn
This is a wonderful picnic bench which sits on a slope underneath the road bridge that crosses the Ouse basin in Newcastle, while there are two other bridges providing rail and I think another road links to the city centre.
This area of Newcastle is undergoing serious regeneration work, with the ruins of the old lead works sitting next to the worn out remains of the Ouse as it trickles into the River Tyne.
This area is full of wonderful shapes and patterns through Newcastle’s history
